earlier i asked for some programs to copy dvd to blank disc

dvd fab
em free dvd copier
but i tried all of them and i cant figure out how to use any of them can someone give me a good fast website perferably free or not exspensive
and please give step by step instructions how to use it please......
i used dvd flick but hot to u rip a dvd to your computer in the first place
