How to burn more than 120 minutes on a normal DVD-R?

You cannot burn more than 120 minutes to a DVD-R. However, you can burn up to 360 minutes to a DVD+R. However, the more capacity you choose, the worse the quality will be. If you are burning less than an hour of video to a DVD+R, you should use excellent play. That will give you even better quality than standard play.
