How to burn off the amount of food i ate today?

I think i ate way too much today i ate 3 chicken legs,2 chocolate bars,ice cream,chicken noodle soup,and roast beef,and baked potatoes. I wonder how i can burn off all that food

btw i have a treadmill but for how much mins should i use it for
