How to calculate wattage?

Ok now I can measure amps and volts what is the formula to calculate watts. There has to be one because I do not see watts on my meter?

I think some one told me this the other day need to look back through my notes

we did this just a little while ago in my grade 8 science class. if i remember correctly it is: W / 1000=___kw
___x h x c =
w= watts
h= hours
c= cents (or dollars) per hour
