How to change the locks on an 03 Toyota Corolla?

I own a Toyota Corolla 03, and would like to know how to go about changing the locks so the current set of keys and wireless key chain remote do not open it and how to get a new set of keys and remotes. My wife and I recently split up and she still has her set of both, It is a privacy issue.
