I just bought a VW bus (http://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/2010/01/26/hemmings-find-of-the-day-1976-vw-westfalia/) with currently the following Car Audio System components installed:

- An Headset Kenwood - KDC-X492, Capac: Max. Output Power; 50 Watts Impedance. ( http://www.kenwoodusa.com/KDC-X492).
- A set of Speakers Pioneer - TS-A6940 Capac: Max. Output Power; 100 Watts / 4 ohms impedance 2-way speaker 6"x9". (http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/Car-stereos/Speakers/Pioneer/auction-289211426.htm).

I think that now is time for me to upgrade my groovy VW bus audio system. I am not an expert on this matter but I understand the system a little. Based on my research and all the readings some reviews, I am thinking to purchase and install additional the following components:

- Infinity Reference 1062w 10-Inch 1100-watt High-Performance Subwoofer (Dual Voice Coil). (http://www.infinitysystems.com/car/products/product_detail.aspx?prod=REF1062W&cat=REF&ser=REF&Language=ENG&Country=US&Region=USA)
- Pioneer TS-A6993R 6-Inch X 9-Inch, 460-Watt 5-Way Speakers. (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/Speakers/A-Series/TS-A6993R).

I reach to a point now that I am not sure what type of Amplifier (4 channel) I should install together with all the above components and if I should installed a Capacitor also. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor).

Therefore base on your experiences I would like to know what kind of Amplifier I would be needing to drive all the components together?

Thank you…
