How to clean pop stain off of feather mattress cover?

I have one of those feather filled mattress pads. I woke up the other night and took a drink of my Dr. Pepper. I guess I ended up falling asleep with it in my hand because all I remember was taking a drink the the next thing I knew I was covered in cold pop, lol. It went all the way through and I don't know how to clean it. Any suggestions would be great as it is off of my bed and my mattress is so uncomfortable with out it
 
try one of those spot remover pads for your clothes. That might do the trick.
