How to completely turn of the internet on Nokia E71?

I have a Nokia E71 and am paranoid about incurring fees for using the internet accidentally. Is there a setting that will disable all internet or wifi use that will cost me money?
I want to be able to turn the internet back on easily if I need to google something quickly - I am anticipating only using the internet once or twice a month briefly.

call the phone company and say u want 2 disable it.

You can turn off the 3G for starters. Then when you connect to the Internet you can simply go "Off Line." that is to say, disconnect the SIM card before connecting to the internet.
