How to configure Internet Settings in Nokia 7210 Supernova?

I have Nokia 7210 Supernova. I want to setup my gmail and hotmail in it. I don't know which service the gmail and hotmail account provide, i.e., POP3 or IMAP4. It also asks for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Please help me how to manully set up these accounts on my phone.
