How to control chocolate cravings during period?

Right now I am on my period, and going through a major chocolate craving where I just want to sit and guzzle chocolate. I am have to physically restrain my arm from reaching for chocolate. It is very annoying. I can't give in, I have already eaten some, and I am really trying to watch my weight. I am not fat, I am trying to stay skinny. It is very hard, because almost every time I get my period I get these horrible cravings! How can I control this?
