How to convert Mozzila Downloading Files to Torrent?

Hi, I'm downloading a file on mozzila but I want to download it on utorrent but I have to convert it to a torrent file to do that, thanks
 
just right click on the file download like where you started the download with mozilla and choose download with utorrent.
If you have already downloaded it and trying to upload/share it, then you need to add it in utorrent to your share and let utorrent configure the file for torrent sharing.
