How to convert myspace to mp4 or dvd format?

I want to upload this video "http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoID=1402343944", into a format like mp4 so i can put it on a dvd. Does anyone know how to do that?

preferably an online convertor with no downloads, but if there is downloads necessarily make sure there are no viruses. :D
 
you can try taking the url and go to savevid.com
paste it in the thing and click download
then download the mp4 verison, if it works.
then you can put in in any media folder like itunes or windows media player and burn a DVD

you need a converter. use iWisoft free converter then you burn it and that's all
