I'm cooking my first roast, its for 10 people and i'm cooking chicken. Can anybody help me or give me some tips? I'm cooking it today so need to hurry! Thank you
Wow , need a big chicken or a few smaller ones , I would go for chicken breasts and roast those so no carcases but with all the usual accompaniments . And just do more of everything
