How to cook my veal cutlets?

Help! They are so thick- about 5cm or 2 inches thick. How should I cook them?
I'm thinking sear about 2 min each side then oven bake for 10 maybe 15 min at 180 C??? Let rest for at least 10 min. How does this sound?

I would beat them a bit with a meat tenderiser hammer to thin them out a bit.
In a heavy fryingpan seal both sides and cook on lower heat with the lid on and make a gravy from the juices...yum. or cook them your way but cover baking pan with foil so they don't dry out.
