how to cook silver shark?

i caught a silver shark the other day and i always cook what i catch and i was wondering if anyone knew how to cook this particular fish?

frying would be idea, better taste would need great ingredient and recipe. (sometime it's better to cook it your style add little stuff taste if good add a little something else until a good recipe is written down)
