How to delete uninstalled apps in appworld on blackberry curve 9300?

I'm a blackberry newbie. And I recently deleted about 8 apps from my appworld and they continued to show up, but now in the uninstalled list. How can I permanently delete all of these apps ? I still have the old version of appworld & I've tried holding ALT and pressing RST, and nothing. Help pls !!!!!!!
