how to develop/create an app or game for iphone/ipod/ipad?

i was just wondering what's an easy way to create/develop an easy app (for my team write statistics, update from sites, write things, notifications, newsfeed, etc etc) {make it so i can update it through pc or my iphone so people can see everything)

pls someone point me an easy and please a free way... if it is not free please cheap..

i have searched in the web and found some videos that show that someone can crete apps with simple programs.. so please point me some.. i couldn't find any.. just a simple program without making it hard for me with codes etc etc..

I think you should consult a programmer. Maybe they could make a program with Java or other programming languages that will make it easier for you.
