how to do an untethered jailbreak for an iphone IOS 4.2.1?

i want to know how to jailbreak an iphone IOS 4.2.1 where you dont have to reboot it. i think its called an untethered jailbreak. please help.

The untethered jailbreaks currently only work for the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS (old-bootrom) and the old iPod touch 2G (non-MC models).
