How to download CSO files to a PSP PLZ help?

i have the PSPgen5.50 and i have a CSO on it but it says itz corrupted data PLZ help me
 
I guess you could download another ISO/CSO file and replace the one that says corrupted data and see if that works. The location of the CSO is in the ISO folder which is there when you view your memory card on the computer.
