I just purchased a used TOSHIBA M200 TABLET PC with Windows XP (SP3) and have noticed that I do not have the Tablet PC program installed in the computer. Windows Journal is also not installed. Thus, the digitizer pen has no function.
Is there a way you can re-install or download the Windows Tablet PC Input Panel or program? I have tried everything and do not know what else to do.
