okay for the following i want to know at least 5 good things to eat that are very healthy:
-Breakfast
-lunch
-dinner
-snacks
-other healthy items

thank you =)

Breakfast- Try a bowl or low salt and sugar cereal such as shredded wheat, shreddies, all bran, bran flakes or special k. Have this with semi skimmed milk and a piece of fruit such as a bannana chopped up on it. Have this with a cup of green tea.
Snack- mid morning have a fruit salad, or an organic natural fruit bar such as nakd. This has no additives or perservatives and is not cooked and so it it 100% pure fruit and oats. (you can get them at boots or holland and barrets)
Lunch- for lunch have either a pasta salad (with either reduced fat mayonnaise or a tomato based sauce) with a protein such as tuna or chicken.
Snack- mid afternoon have a probiotic yohgurt (preferably sugar free) with some baked crisps or rice cakes.
Dinner- For dinner have 2-3 different vegetables, a bowl or a wholemeal car such as rice, or pasta or noodles with a chicken fillet.
After dinner- either have some toast with peanut butter or marmite or a bowl of cereal.

Good luck xx
