You can't find out to whom that number belongs to, just call your service provider about this and they will prolly block this number from calling you.

All the free stuff gives you is a little piece of the puzzle.
Even if you purchase the "number locator" online, the information there is faulty at best.

Your best bet is to befriend a cop or someone with access to a database that could actually help you.
