How to find CSO file when i already extracted the file came from BitTorrent

there was no CSO file there? I downloaded a file came from BitTorrent, second it was fully downloaded, third i extracted the type of file i wanted which is CSO file to be transfer to my PSP but when i finished extracting it, there were files that i didnt know i was looking for a file like CSO but there u go...i just wasted my time for downloading the file and all i got was nothing..can someone help me? Thanks :)
