How to find the right internal DVD burner for my computer?

How do I find a DVD burner thats right for my computer? I have a CD-ROM on my computer and want to switch it out with a CD/DVD burner possibly with lightscribe. But how can I know what kind to get since mine does not look like the usual ones you would buy? and are they easy to swap out?
 
You have a desktop? They should all fit. I've only seen one size, ever.
There's an excellent site called cdfreaks.com (they just merged and changed to myce.com, it seems)
that has the best, ridiculously tested reviews of every burner out there. Use it!
