Ok will I have this really bad sleeping habit of sleeping at 5am and waking up at 2pm. I really want to start waking up early (like around 8am), but I have a lot of trouble getting up in the morning. I've tried sleeping early, but I don't seem to get sleepy at all, and most of the time I just end up laying in bed wide awake.
What should I do?
