how to fix a relationship that was started/built with a lie?

I wasn't completely honest about something in the beginning of a relationship, though we started off as friends and my feeling developed over time because I was concerned about privacy and didn't use my real pictures. I really feel I'm in loe with this person but I fear esp with online relationships and things they will never trust me again. I know that's crucial to any relationship!
