How to fix loose door handle on 94' Infiniti J30.?

The door handle on the driver-side front door is loose. one of the screws looks like it is completely missing. The handle is slightly hanging. You have to manually push the handle into its proper position in order to open the door. Also the inside door handle is broken. How do I at least fix the outside door handle and get it tightly screwed back into place.

Side note: and possible get the window back on track. The window just falls down when driving. The motor still works because it hums when you press the button. HELP!!! I really dont want to replace the door.
 
take off you door panel and put glass back in track,replace broken handle from a car spares yard
and put a self tap screw larger size for outside door handle.
