how to fix the sidebar gadgets for xp?

I installed sidebar gadgets for XP.properly run and display to my screen. But, the problem is when i play games like COD4, Crysis, SBK09 or any high games when I quit the game all my sidebar gadgets change position. My sidebar gadgets now at the center of my screen i placed it at the side. How can i solve this not to change the position of my sidebar when after played the game..

any help to the experts...thnks
 
Not kind of an expert but have you tried to see if you can lock it? Like lock the taskbar?
