How to flush vw 1996 transimisson fluid?

I have jetta 1996 gsl and i want to change hole transmision fluid I think about 6 or 7 liter any body knows how

Don't Flush It ! Power flushing is a BAD idea. Just dump, change the filter & fill'er up.
