How to get android to work on Htc hd2?

I have done it before but I installed android on my Hd2 (darkstone) and it booted fine once!! but when i go to boot it again it stays on the black screen with the white letter's and number's etc (with the penguin on top) and doesnt move can anyone help?? i want ANDROID!!! its awesome
