Our non-profit group's site is blocked in China for unknown reasons. It's not content issue. could it be our ISP or web hosting service issue? How to find out if it's the case? is there a way to test to see if a different ISP would work? thanks in advance.
its china big internet wall. Since they are communist, the internet goes though the gov. they block all traffic they want. Unless you want to hack china, you cant.
