How to get files off computer without internet and dvd-rw?

My computer has been taken over with viruses. My dvd-rw is broken and I need to get alot of files, photos and a program off of the computer before we completely clear the hard drive. Whatever viruses are on there will not let us connect to the internet, even after we used an antivirus program to get rid of some of the viruses. My question is, how can I get these files off without being connected to the internet and without being able to copy the files to a cd??? Please help...if there is a cheaper way would be nice also...thx in advance
