Ive been running suicides like 3 days out of the week, but I'm still not even close to being in shape to play effectively.any drills, or how many suicides I should be doing? Thanks in advance.
For me, there is no shortcut in becoming a good basketball player..
It takes patience and effort to become one in the future..
I suggest you should practice other drills aside from running..
It would be great to do dribbling and shooting practice too..
