How to get iPhone 5 OS off of an Android phone?

I accidentally downloaded iPhone 5 OS onto my Android phone and it only seems to affect my home screen and my lock screen, like, I unlock it with my pattern, but then it says slide to unlock, everything else is normal though, aside from having some random iPhone apps, I have no idea what to do

you probably dont have ios6, but just an app that changes your gui (graphical user interface). find the app and delete it.
