How to get my apps and music back on iPhone?

I got my iPhone 3GS cscreen fixed and first te touch response broke so then we took it to AT&T and they erased all my data so we took it back and touch response broke again and took it back and they erased all my paid for apps and music and contacts how do I gT it back preferably not taking it to AT&T

ITunes will automatically sync your phone back, at least from the last time you connected it.
