My daughter is 19 months and turning 20 months this month. All she does is whine when she wants something, whine when something is hurting her, whines about everything! I can't get her to stop. I tell her show me what you want. I pick her up and try to get her to show me and nothing. I hold her hand and do the same and all she does is whine/cry. I don't understand. It is very frustrating and annoying sometimes. I know sometimes shes going to throw fits but how can I get her to show me and tell me what she wants. She can hungry, eat, cup, potty, wet, and more that I would be able to understand but I can't seem to get her to talk unless she is happy.
I have tried those ways. Still doesn't work. I ignore her she gets louder and louder. I tell her i can't understand her she gets louder. It's just very complicated.
Also, she wasn't this bad before. She used to tell me down for being put down, up for up, hug for hug, bite for a bite of food, and so on. Is it terrible twos?
She is like this 24/7. one minute happy next minute throwing herself to the floor whining and crying. she does it more when she is tired yes but then it is 10x worse. I understand whining is normal but not like this. You offer her a MILLION different things and she still isn't satisfied.
