How to get my LG KS360 working on At&t?

I bought this phone off of ebay, and just received it today. It said it would work with AT&T, but when I put my sim card in it says no service. Web page said the phone was unlocked. I normally have full service here.
Would it help to take the phone over to my local AT&T store?
