How to get prepared for football?

I'm thirteen-years old. I can do around 15 push-ups, and I do 15 sets of push-ups every hour from 3:00 to 10:30 everyday (more on weekends). That usually gives me about 80-105 push-ups daily.

How should I get in-shape for football next year? I run pretty fast, though I don't know exactly how fast. I have no prior gym experience, and I don't how much I can press.

Help?
 
Drink ALOT of water, that will help you more than anything. Layoff the cokes. Do 100 push ups a day that will help a good amount. Take about a 30 minute JOG a day. It will get your stamina up. Good luck!
