how to get that electronic techno voice using audacity?

im recently recording a song using audacity and i was wondering how to edit the vocals to give it that electronic, wobbly sound that are in songs like "Baby We're Invincible-by A Rocket to the Moon" and most of the songs by Owl City. is it possible?

and-- is there any way to get a clearer sound?
