how to get toned? do i need Whey Protein?

im 5"11, 165 lbs 17 yrs old. im trying to be toned but still strong. i workout 5 days a week for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 mins. i still have excess fat i want to get rid off. i started eating healthy a month and a half ago but i actually started working out 5 months ago. i understand eating healthy part and exercising if i want to lose weight/ burn fat but if i take whey protein after i workout and when i wake up, will it help the process of burning fat in my body and help lose the fat so i look skinnier which will result in me being more cut/ript ( i already have muscle, trying to lose weight/fat now ) ? i

how much protein do i need to lose fat ( 1g per pound of weight, so 165g of protein in my case or less? ) ? please make specific suggestions about my meal plan. thx =]
i drink .75 to 1 gallon of water a day

6am - eat cereal (honey nut cheerios ) (7g of protein),
9am - Carrots + 24-28 almonds (8-10g of protein),
1130am - turkey or roasted beef sandwich (about 11g of protein),
3pm - 5 microwaved Tyson chicken nuggets + orange juice + yoplait yogurt (21 g of protein total)
4:30 pm - peanut butter w/ 2 slices of wheat bread + milk (24g of protein)
5pm-630pm - Work Out (different body part each day, each day including abs + cardio)
6:45pm or 7:00pm - chicken patty with wheat bread with 5 chicken nuggets ( about 25g of protein )
9pm - fruits / veggies
10:00-10:30 -sleep
