How to get verizon to send you a new phone?

my Pantech Jest will NOT charge. It has happened before where my battery is fully inserted but it says to insert the battery and it wont charge. Usually I would just take the battery out and insert it again and it would work but now it refuses. I hate this phone because it has so many problems with it and I was just wondering how I get Verizon to send me a new one since I am not eligible for an upgrade until February of 2012.
 
Go to your verizon store and show them. If they find out that you damage the phone, they will charge you for the repair.

You might be able to upgrade your phone/plan now.
 
Just tell them you are having problems. And they will send you a refurbished one, probably, and you send them the broken one after.
