How to get WiFi on your DSi XL?

I have Vodafone Pocket Wifi. The WiFi worked before (on my DSi XL) but now the connection strength bar goes green for a while when connecting and then goes red. I know my settings are correct and it DID work before. It stopped working when we got a recharge.

Could I please have a solution and possibly a walkthrough for Connection 4 (no Auto-IP adress config.)? And if you say no, I'll report you.
And I already went on Nintendo, FYI
 
u got to go to your setting and internet settings then wi fi connections also maybe sometime for me someone may be using the wi fi so it may be itferring also do u have a lock wi fi connection or open cause if its open some people use it
