How to give secondary power suppy to our mobile charger with 9v battery?

Don't bother. There is not much power in a 9V battery.

What you should do is get a 6Ah 12V SLA battery and 0.5A automatic mains charger.
You attach to the battery an automotive 12V socket, and use the car charger for your phone.

hey friends, i m from mp and most of the time we face long power cut, so i want to give secondary power suppy to my charger....help if u can
