I'm only 1.40m tall, and I'm thirteen, I need help growing taller, that annoying myth that relatives always say, milk would make me taller, no, milk won't help, but strengthen my bones. Sorry for closing my previous question, I'm new to Yahoo Answers. So, when I was eight, I was around 1.27m tall, in February 2008, I was 1.35m tall and now, February 2009, I'm 1.40m tall. Any suggestions? Thanks
