Today I had a soccer game (i was playing as a half back) and our goalie kicked it high and it was coming for me. My teammates said to head it, and I figured the wanted me to head it backwards because it would be silly to head it right back towards my defenders and goalie. I had no idea how to go about heading backwards. How would I have done that?
