Ok so i failed my driving test because of "intervention by examener)
Heres my story
I was up on a 3 way interesection.I came up first then a car to my left who is going uphill stoped.I was first so i asumened it was my right away(also since the car was going uphill i could not see if there was a stopsign or not clearly)
,however the other car went slowly without signaling or anything.I was barely going and i slowed down not even a foot and my examer yells stop after i was stoping.
1.I got a DQ and automaticly failed the test.Is this right for me to fail or not?
2.If not how do i get my licence without that geting knocted off i would of passed my test with flying colors.
3.Shouldnt the examiner put the mark as not coming to a complete stop and only get a minor mark.
I mean they were on my right not left.
