How to I get a BitTorrent download on iTunes?

I downloaded a few episodes of a TV show using BitTorrent. I want those episodes on iTunes. I have CDs that I can use or whatever I need to do. Is there anyone who can help me? They're stored in my "Downloaded" folder on my computer. Talk Stupid, because that's the only language I speak.
 
move ur files to my documents then open itunes and click on import the chose my documents then pick ur files
