i ran the 400 like twice last year but my main race was the 800m (last year) im in 8th grade
i had a really bad time for the 400 like 70 or 72? anyway i want to know how to improve my 400 and what is the best way to run it like long strides? or short choppy strides? and should i sprint the hole thing?
