How to increase my fitness?

im a 13 year old aussie boy turning 14 in march 2011 and i need to know how to get fitter to play club football (AFL). when i play a game i get puffed really easily and i want to stop that so that i can play the game harder and longer.can anyone help me and maybe give me a weekly fitness routine.

Start by slowly exercising more and more every day. This will build up your stamina. Maybe every night or after school go walking or jogging or running.
