hiaa i have to make thos wrok , my mom says if it doesnt work then no more kitten .
so im finally getting the kitten i have wanted since i was eight. im 13 now .
my dog is eleven chaces cats lol but i dont think he wud hurt one he just sniffs them .
also im going shopping tommorow what do i need for her x

If you have a baby gate around or could get one, then keep the kitty in your room for a while and see if they sniff and get used to each other through the gate.
take the dog on a REALLY long walk until its exhausted and sit with the kitten on you beside the dog. (the kitten should also be tired)
don't rush into introducing them. this rarely ends well.

list of things you need:
kitty litter & box
toys
cat scratch
brush
food

I would use one of those things so he cant bite that locks up his snout and put them together and see how the dog interacts with the kitten and remember to supervise them at all times and if it goes well then take off you dogs thing on its mouth . but if it doesnt well then you might cant keep the cat . Usually if you meet them at a young age they will most likely bond but since the cat is still youngmaybe it will be fine but the dog that idk maybe if your dog was a female it would be ok not sure.Plus your dog is pretty old so maybe it wont really care.

Take your dog for a walk so that they are outside their normal territory. For example, down the street. Pet and praise your dog and have treats ready. Have a friend bring the kitten there (holding the kitty in her arms) and join you slowly. Praise your dog, let him/her sniff out the kitty. Praise and reward the dog, pet the dog and fuss over him/her. If all is OK, walk them home together.
